Secure document handoff.
Upload supporting documents directly to your case file. Files are encrypted at rest, logged in your chain of custody, and visible only to your assigned analyst.
Common evidence categories.
- Screenshots of broker dashboards, account balances, withdrawal requests
- Email and chat communications with the counterparty (PDF or .eml preferred)
- KYC documents you submitted to the counterparty (government ID, proof of address)
- Bank statements showing wire transfers in or out
- Cryptocurrency exchange transaction records (CSV export from Coinbase, Kraken, etc.)
- On-chain transaction hashes — paste in the notes field if you have them
- Prior correspondence with “recovery agents” or third parties claiming to assist
- Any legal correspondence already on file
Maximum 10MB per file, up to 8 files per submission. For larger handoffs, your analyst will provide a dedicated upload link after triage.
Document intake
Use this form to attach evidence to an existing case. If you have not yet opened a case, please open one first.
How your files are handled.
Encrypted in transit
All uploads travel over TLS 1.3. The submission endpoint enforces HTTPS and rejects unencrypted connections.
Encrypted at rest
Files are stored on encrypted storage with access logs. Only the assigned analyst and senior desk staff can retrieve case attachments.
Audit-logged
Every file access is timestamped and logged. You can request your access log at any time by emailing support@cryptoslock.com.
Retention
Active-case files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus six months. After that, files are archived encrypted, returned to you, or destroyed at your written election.
No third parties
We do not share case attachments with third parties without your written authorization. Where filings require disclosure (FinCEN, exchanges, counsel), we disclose only what the filing requires.
Restricted access
Cryptoslock staff who do not need access to your case cannot see your files. Role-based controls are audited quarterly.
Reach the desk directly.
For sensitive matters or files larger than the form limits, write to support@cryptoslock.com and we will provide a one-time encrypted upload link tied to your Case ID.
